Please note when close to Max pressure,stop manual pump operation,or the high hydraulic pressure from the manual pump will damage the filter press frame.

Please to check the filter press plate quantity before operation,make sure all the filter plates are there for operation.

Please make sure every filter plate surface haven’t had any remained filter cake,clean them away to make sure all the filter plates can be pressed together tightly by the manual hydraulic pump.

Please check the fast connector of the hydraulic pump is connected well

Don’t disassemble the manual hydraulic pump when releasing the closing pressure to open the filter press.

Disassemble the filter press cloths, if the manual filter press will stop working for a long time.
