Leo Filter Press offers different types of filter press,the filter press operation is also a very important matter after its installation.If the filter press operation can be carried out according to the filter press design and maintenance according to the filter press manual, then there will be no problem and the filter press operation and maintenance cost will be much less.

when feeding and filtering,there are many leakage during filter plates:

1. Please adjust the feeding and filtering pressure,check the pressure whether much higher than the upper limit.

2. Weak filter press plate closing pressure,when there is higher feeding and filtering pressure,the force between the plates have gaps,this gaps lead to leakage during plates

3. Check filter press plates’ surface,make sure there is no remained filter cake on the surface,if yes,clean the filter press cloth then close the filter plates again.

4. If still leakage a lot, pls check the filter press plate whether it has some problem.

How does the filter press work? And How can I know the filter cake is dried?

The filter cakes will be not dried completely,this step is to know when the feeding and filtering ended.
