In 26th November,2010,China government,Chinese Environment Protecting Bureau issued a special notice to the wastewater treatment plants,all the wastewater treatment plant should have the wastewater treating system in 2years,the wastewater treatment plant should deliver the treated sludge out in storage purpose all the treated sludge moisture content should be lower than 50%.According to this notice only the membrane filter press can have the treating ability to get this moisture content requirement.

In 2015, the Chinese Government issued’’The Action Plan for Prevention and Treatment of Water Pollution’’ and the new environment protection law,this make wastewater treatment industry much hotter than before,sludge treatment also became new developing industry after watertreatment.Filter Press became more important as it is the main equipment for wastewater treatment.Besides, the Chinese government changed it economy growing way and concentrate on energy saving policy,the companies begin to choose filter presses and this released more and more markets for the filter press manfuacturers.
