Leo Filter Press Fast Hydraulic Opening Automatic Filter Press Operation and Design Instructions

The fast opening automatic filter press consists of filter press frame, filtering media, filter plate shifting system, hydraulic closing system, filter cake discharging assistant system, electrical system etc.

The filter press frame made from side bars, fixed head,movable head and middle support,filtering media consists from chamber filter plate and membrane filter plate,all the filter plates are put on the side bars in a mixed sequence,on the filter plates there are filter cloth which cover all the filtering surface,filter plate shifting system consists of hydraulic motor,driving chains,the hydraulic closing system consists from movable cylinder stand, sliding assembly parts. Filter cake discharging assistant system consists from two vibrating cylinder and fixed vibrating bars on the filter plates. Hydraulic system consists of oil pump, hydraulic controlling units,hydraulic driving units, high level oil tank etc. the electrical controlling system consists of electrical controlling panel,filter press mechanical action travel switch,hydraulic station oil pump motor,electromagnetic valve for concentrate feeding and electro valve for compressed air feeding
