Filter Press Operation and Working Instructions for Fast Opening Automatic Membrane Filter Press

1. Filter Press Hydraulic station problems

A. big noise from filter press oil hydraulic pump

Trouble shooting method: check hydraulic oil pump rotating direction

Check hydraulic oil pump axle, disassemble the hydraulic oil pump body ,if there is axle problem,replace the axle.

B. hydraulic oil pump start to work too frequently during filter press closing

Maybe due to hydraulic system or high pressure stage safety check valve set too low, if hydraulic hose any hydraulic oil leakage, replace sealing rings; if pressure gauge showed high pressure stage safety check valve pressure is not at the pre-set scope.The other reason is damage of cylinder sealing rings damage, replace all the sealing rings

C. hydraulic pump can’t reach the highest pressure in need

D. hydraulic pump can’t pump oil

Low hydraulic oil level, add more hydraulic oil to the required oil level

Bad sealing for The hydraulic pump thread, tighten the sealing units again

Damaged piston inside the piston pump, replace hydraulic piston
