Why change old filter press plate?

If there is any damaging, all the filter press plates will not presses together to form the necessary designed chambers, the filter press will not work. If leave the damaged filter plate on the system, there will be big problem in the future operation. It will be very dangerous for the users.

How to change filter cloth?

Just fold up one side the filter cloth, push through the filter plate feeding hole, and fix it at the other side.If gasketed filter cloth, need to insert all the gasket into the gutter on the filter plate.Leo Filter Press also offer filter press cloths with different material and knitting for various size of filter plates.
