Hydraulic system is a main part of the filter press machine, if automatic filter press there will be a hydraulic power unit for all the plates closing, if manual operation, there will be small manual hydraulic pack. Almost all the chamber filter press,membrane filter press even the conventional plate and frame filter press will have a hydraulic system. What is hydraulic system?

This is the filter press closing unit,all the filter plate packs will be closed by this system.Then the slurry pump will start to work.Hydraulic closing will be the first stop of filter press operation.

How to choose hydraulic system to control filter press?

How to operate the manual hydraulic filter press hydraulic unit?

Connect the hydraulic hose with the hydraulic pump, tighten the oil-releasing nail. After finishing filtration, release the oil-releasing nail, to release the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder.

1. If there is no closing pressure from the hydraulic unit, please unscrew the oil-releasing nail , hold the hydraulic pump straight up to let the oil-releasing hole upside down and press it for many times, then unscrew the oil-releasing nail ,the hydraulic unit can work again.

2.Don’t disassemble the express connector when the pump is overloaded .

3.When the hydraulic pump need to be added oil, please disassemble the rubber back cover of the hydraulic pump , unscrew the socket head cap screw , add the oil from the oil hose.
