Membrane filter press is a popular filterpress model, during membrane filter press operation there are two kinds offilter press plates,one is membrane filter plate the other is recessed chamberfilter plate.For the standard chamber filter press, there will be only onefilter press plate,that is recessed chamber filter plate and for plate bothsizes there will be filter press cloth,after pressing tight by the hydraulicsystem, will start filtration. But the membrane plate filter press will haveanother type of filter press plate: membrane filter plate,this plate will be inflatedand squeeze filter cake at the end of filtration to dry filter cake by membranesqueezing.The old plate and frame filter press haven’t membrane filterplate,this working only by the filter press feeding pump pressure.
