Recessed Plate Filter Press Operation and Working Instructions

1. recessed chamber filter plate quantity is correct according to the label on the filter press frame

2. filter plate surface, make sure there is no build-up solids

3. all the filter plates are set according to the sequence

4. all the filter cloth, no broken parts,cleaned for next cycle filtering

5. lubrication and cooling down system are in good working condition

6. connection part, no leakage

7. the cylinder closing pressure and oil level

8. slurry conditions changing,such as PH value, temperature before feeding into filter press
